What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer phone calls and transfer them to the appropriate campus
- Provide detailed information about campuses and educational programs
- Maintain a professional company image through effective phone interactions
- Accurately portray educational programs, expected outcomes, student services, and financial considerations
- Organize workflow to meet departmental goals and quality standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic PC skills with the ability to learn customer service applications
- Persuasive communication skills
- Ability to type 20-25 words per minute
- Previous call center or customer service experience
