What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide information about the employer's campuses to prospective students via telephone
- Transfer phone calls to the appropriate campus as needed
- Accurately portray educational programs, expected outcomes, student services, and financial considerations to students
- Organize workflow to meet departmental goals and quality standards
- Ensure professional and courteous communication to maintain a positive company image
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic PC skills with the ability to learn customer service applications
- Persuasive communication skills
- Typing speed of 20-25 wpm
- Previous call center or customer service experience

- Record of achievement illustrating strong goal orientation
- Ability to multi-task and succeed within strict deadlines
- Strong detail orientation and capability to be highly organized
