What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Handle client contacts and follow-up tasks with limited support

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous client service experience, preferably in a contact center environment
- Solid digital literacy with common business tools
- Excellent communication skills and phone presence
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to build consultative client relationships
- Detail-oriented and process-oriented mindset
- Passionate about client service
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare-related service or as a customer service representative
- Additional language proficiency
