What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced environment
- Provide information to cardholders regarding payments and benefits
- Assist customers with inquiries about transactions and account statuses
- Process transactions via web-based applications and conduct research requests
- Maintain knowledge of company policies, programs, and technology while ensuring compliance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service, call center, or dispatch roles
- Proficient in English with strong communication skills
- Must pass background checks, including credit and security fingerprinting
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated work area are required
