What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must currently reside in Texas
- Minimum of 12 months of recent call center experience
- Ability to commit to the full schedule with no time off during the first 90 days
- High-speed internet and a quiet, professional remote work environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the healthcare industry
- Familiarity with medical billing and insurance processes
- Additional certifications related to customer service or healthcare
