  # What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  
  - Keying and balancing POD runs on the remote capture system
  - Completing image runs for posting purposes
  - Documenting and addressing POD run problems for branch phone calls
  - Contacting branches for rescanning of items
  - Monitoring incoming work to maintain workflow throughout the day
  
  # What is Required (Qualifications):
  
  - High School education
  - 1 year of customer service experience
  - 1 year of teller, remote capture, or proof experience
  - Knowledge of balancing process
  - General knowledge of debits and credits
  - General knowledge of Micr fields
  - General knowledge of teller documents and the proof function
  - Good communication skills (via phone and in person)
  - Good 10 key skills (testing required) (5000 Key Stokes with less than 20% error rate)
  - Ability to perform independently in a production environment, with little direct supervision
  - Ability to perform word processing and basic spreadsheet functions
  - Must be able to sit for long periods of time and use computer keyboard and/or mouse, while viewing computer screens

  - Experience in a similar role within the banking industry
  - Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance
  - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  - Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
