What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct assessments and develop tailored intervention plans for children with autism
- Oversee program management and provide mentorship and hands-on training to therapists
- Engage in parent training sessions
- Drive progress, reduce problem behaviors, and foster growth and connection within the community
- Complete 25 billable hours per week as well as manage small caseloads
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Board certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Passion for collaboration and continuous learning
- Dedication to upholding ethical standards and best practices in behavior analysis
- Must be willing to travel at least once every quarter
- Must reside in GA, SC, AL, or FL
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience as a Behavior Analyst in a healthcare-related service
