      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review and manage assigned complex claims with minimal supervision
      - Contact insured parties and set expectations throughout the claims process
      - Conduct thorough investigations and evaluate the financial value of claims
      - Document all claim activities and ensure compliance with state laws and policies
      - Utilize negotiation skills to achieve fair settlements in liability disputes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Completion of the employer's Claim Representative Training Program or equivalent experience
      - Must be eligible to acquire a State Adjuster's license within 90 days of hire
      - Minimum of three years of experience in claim settlements, evidence evaluation, and coverage resolution
      - Advanced knowledge of negligence law and medical terminology
      - Valid State Driver's License

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field
      - Completion of the Insurance Institute of America's General Insurance Program or equivalent
      - CPCU coursework or designation
