      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Gather workflow requirements by meeting with clinical end users to understand their needs
      - Analyze, design, configure, and support the implementation of EHR application requirements
      - Manage low to mid-level projects for new functionality and system updates
      - Resolve issues and communicate effectively with clinical end users
      - Develop and present educational programs to ensure user competency

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Information Services, Business, Healthcare, or a related field; or
      - Associate's degree with 2 years of experience in Information Services, Business Services, or Healthcare; or
      - 4 years of experience in Information Services, Business Services, or Healthcare
      - Must be responsive to customer needs and adept at translating requirements into application options
      - Ability to work under general supervision

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with EHR applications or clinical workflows
      - Strong project management skills
      - Knowledge of best practices and change control protocols in application updates
      - Familiarity with educational program development and presentation techniques
