What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collect, coordinate, process, and ensure quality control of clinical trial data
- Extrapolate data from source records into case report forms for patient visits
- Resolve queries and communicate concerns regarding data to clinical staff
- Coordinate monitoring and auditing visits to ensure compliance with requirements
- Train and support other data coordinators in data entry and query resolution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum three (3) years of medical office experience, preferably in oncology
- Minimum three (3) years of experience as a data coordinator
- Advanced knowledge of medical terminology and clinical trials, regulatory processes, GCP & SOP concepts
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office and database management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in clinical research, specifically in oncology
- SoCRA or ACRP certification
- Hazmat/IATA training
