- Allow our in-country field teams to focus on activities that require them to be face to face with our customers
- Leverage our remote competences to complement and increase our customer presence
- Define advanced services and value offers that expand our scope of influence beyond physicians
- Providing online clinical support in the areas of supporting case coverage, follow ups and troubleshooting for company products.
- Attending cases remotely with our customers and advise physicians on clinical attributes / techniques associated with our products.
- Mastering remote technologies used for customer support and support the field team guiding their implementation
- Contributing with the development of RhythmCARE and RM vision on providing digital services
- Responding to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions and/or working with other related personnel to develop optimal solutions
- Ensuring timely collection, reporting of all required medical documentation pertaining to our procedural device operation.
- Supporting team to achieve projected sales goals and increase sales revenues.
- Developing deep understanding on the workflows and specificities of each hospital & business relationships with hospital personnel (e.g., through informal conversation, meetings, participation in conferences) to make new contacts in other departments within hospital and to identify key decision makers to facilitate future sales.
- Responding to complex customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions or working with other related personnel (e.g., sales, clinical, research, marketing, technical support) to develop optimal solutions.
- Recording customer information and activities in company’s CRM system: use the system as an alignment tool with other commercial roles .
- Providing education support on product usage and internal and external customer training.
- Fluent in English and a second language (French or German preferred)
- Proven a dvanced troubleshooting skills, extensive new product knowledge and through understanding of clinical application with CRM devices.

About the role :
RhythmCARE Clinical Specialist (RCS) provides online clinical, technical & educational support to assigned accounts at National or EMEA level. Work is driven by Customer demand and planned coverage of business. The primary focus is with case support but using clinical expertise to influence Customer usage of the full portfolio.
You will join the RhythmCARE Clinical Support Team, and together with Technical Services and LATITUDE team, you will contribute in supporting & creating a ‘ hub and spoke’ approach to customer centric care.
