What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of credit union products and services
- Resolve complex member issues and escalations with minimal guidance
- Educate members on products to enhance loyalty
- Identify and report fraudulent activity to prevent loss
- Assist members with online/mobile banking and mobile wallet setup

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of customer service experience in a contact center environment or 2+ years of financial services experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Knowledge of intranet/internet and ability to navigate computer systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual skills in English/Spanish
- Experience in member relationship building
