What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Evaluate, negotiate, monitor, and administer contracts for various services, including hospital and retail
- Conduct detailed data analysis and assist with the analysis of new services or processes
- Manage contract software and participate in process improvement discussions
- Coordinate contract reviews with attorneys and facilitate discussions with contract owners
- Draft, review, analyze, negotiate, and finalize contracts, ensuring compliance with policies and processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a healthcare business setting
- Bachelor's degree in a business or finance-related field is preferred
- Experience in managed care contracting is preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1 year of experience in a legal or contract analysis role within the healthcare industry
- Familiarity with contract management software and negotiation strategies
