      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
      - Assess talent through interviews to effectively draw out candidates' skill sets
      - Ensure a positive applicant experience by providing timely follow-ups and interview status updates
      - Execute recruitment plans and consult with senior recruiters on sourcing strategies
      - Maintain compliance with all employer policies and procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, customer service, account management, recruiting, or consulting
      - Minimum of 1 year of progressively responsible human resources, sales, or customer service experience, including at least 6 months in sales or recruitment
      - At least 1 year of sourcing on external platforms
      - Experience working in a metric-driven environment
      - Demonstrated ability to be coached or mentored by others

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience using TA/HR technology and/or HR systems
      - Additional years of experience in recruitment or sales beyond the minimum requirement
      - Familiarity with state, federal, collegiate, and professional recruiting practices
