What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and focus requiring private office space while working from home
- Speak with consumers over the phone experiencing emotional distress or mental health issues
- Assess and mitigate risk, manage documentation, and provide available resources or information needed
- Identify safe, positive coping mechanisms and develop safety plans
- Remain calm and professional while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree from a 4 yr accredited college or university
- 1 year of experience in Behavioral Health/Social Services
- Reside in specific states: WA, OR, AZ, NM, MI, KS, IL, IN, GA, NC, MN, MD, TN, PA, OH, AL
- Ability to work swing shifts
- Strong communication and empathy skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in crisis intervention services
- Certification in mental health first aid
- Knowledge of community mental health resources
