      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer crisis helplines with compassion and within the training expectations
      - Document crisis contacts accurately and timely in an electronic health record system
      - Place follow-up calls to crisis contacts as scheduled
      - Assist with emergency rescue calls when required
      - Collaborate with coworkers to manage crisis contact flow and ensure availability for escalated crises

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must meet Qualified Mental Health Associate requirements
      - Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques
      - Strong empathy, communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to handle high-stress situations effectively
      - Proficient in using a web-based computer environment and multi-line phone systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Graduate degree in psychology, social work, or a behavioral science field, or a CADC/Bachelor's degree with relevant crisis intervention experience
      - ASIST certification
      - CADC certification strongly preferred
      - Experience in a call center environment
      - Veterans are preferred
