What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead, manage, and mentor Salesforce administrators for effective implementation and maintenance of Salesforce solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and implement solutions
- Oversee development and execution of Salesforce projects, enhancements, and integrations
- Provide guidance and support for troubleshooting complex issues and optimizing system performance
- Stay current with Salesforce best practices and drive continuous improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in CRM management, technical knowledge of Salesforce Clouds
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience over technical staff
- Proficiency in SDLC, DevOps, and agile development methodologies
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a higher education setting supporting faculty, staff, and students
- Professional experience in business analysis and operational standards
- Proficiency in integrations with ETL tools such as Informatica Cloud/Axiom
- Omnistudio experience is a plus
- Demonstrated commitment to outstanding customer service
