      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage inbound and outbound calls, responding to inquiries from members and providers with professionalism and accuracy
      - Review, verify, and process membership applications, ensuring all required information is accurate
      - Maintain and update member information in CRM systems, ensuring data integrity across client accounts
      - Perform regular audits of member data to ensure compliance with client standards and industry regulations
      - Collaborate with various teams to resolve issues and enhance service delivery for clients

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
      - Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in processing health insurance, customer service, call center, medical office, or other healthcare-related fields
      - Strong understanding of healthcare medical terminology, including ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM systems
      - Ability to clear a background check
