What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate information on membership options, benefits, and account status
- Review, verify, and process membership applications to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Maintain and update member information in CRM systems, ensuring data integrity
- Perform regular audits of member data to ensure compliance with client standards and industry regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance service delivery

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- 2-4 years of experience in processing health insurance, customer service, call center, medical office, or other healthcare-related fields
- Proficiency in healthcare medical terminology, including ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding
- Strong typing and data entry skills, with the ability to manage multiple systems simultaneously
- Must be able to clear a background check
