What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound calls and make outbound sales inquiries using advanced contact center technology
- Resolve customer issues and provide solutions to enhance their experience
- Identify sales opportunities and apply skills to upgrade customer accounts
- Educate customers on products and processes during interactions
- Ensure first-call resolution through effective problem-solving techniques
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in customer service, tech support, inside sales, or back-office support is a plus
- Strong aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing dynamics
