What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle 40-50 inbound/outbound calls daily to assist customers
- Provide information on payment options, escrow items, and general mortgage inquiries
- Explain customer benefits such as Paperless, Mobile App, Web, and IVR
- Assist customers who are 30 days or less due on their mortgage payments
- Collaborate with team members to ensure quality customer service
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- Minimum of 6 months of call center experience
- Must reside within 60 miles of the office location
- Availability to attend training for the first 90 days
- Ability to work within the specified hours of operation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in the mortgage industry or related financial services
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries effectively
- Familiarity with mortgage payment systems and customer service software
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
