      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Investigate potential credit card fraud cases based on alerts from the fraud detection system
      - Respond to 25 or more account inquiries per hour, providing scripted responses to clients
      - Assist in the completion of lost/stolen reports and block compromised accounts
      - Build knowledge and skills to identify fraudulent credit card activity through training and research
      - Maintain accurate documentation of all information necessary for investigations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or Equivalent
      - At least 6 months of high-volume call center experience within the last 18 months
      - Must complete a background check including criminal, drug, and credit checks
      - Flexibility to work mid to late shifts, including weekends
      - Must have a minimum internet speed of 50mbs download and 15mbps upload via ethernet connection

      - Previous work experience in fraud, banking, or dispatch-related fields
