What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer customer phone calls with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Provide accurate information about services and confidently address client inquiries
- Schedule technicians efficiently based on client needs and service requests
- Relay important information to dispatch technicians accurately
- Assist with various administrative tasks to support the team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- At least 1 year of dispatch experience
- Valid driver's license
- Exceptional communication skills, both in-person and on the phone
- Ability to present oneself professionally and work well in a team

- Experience in the blue-collar industry
- Strong problem-solving abilities and quick learning skills
- Familiarity with home service operations
