What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Responsible for responding to daily customer requests, inquiries, and issues through various types of correspondence
- Provide thorough, efficient, and accurate documentation and updates in all required systems for each work event
- Identify root cause of issues and concerns, determine resolution, and refer to company Management
- Maintain and organize all pertinent back up information to substantiate payment postings as necessary
- Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations relating to job duties

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate or equivalent relevant work experience desired
- Previous call center/customer service experience preferred
- Exhibit strong attention to detail
- Good mathematical and analytical skills required
- Proficient personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in a customer service-related role
- Ability to work in a team fostered environment
- Ability to prioritize and organize work
