What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Processing billing calls, emergency calls, and customer move-ins
- Handling refunds, compensation requests, and changes to accounts
- Routing escalated customer issues for resolution
- Assisting customers with credit/payment arrangements
- Meeting individual deadlines, metrics, and team goals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One (1) year of customer service experience
- Computer skills and ability to type a minimum of 25 WPM
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Must be 18 years of age or older

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2-3 years of call center experience
- 2-5 years of previous customer service work from home experience
- Utility experience
- Advanced computer skills and ability to type 60-65 WPM
- Bilingual aptitude test for Spanish speakers
