      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a Customer Advocate assisting 50-70 individuals daily with healthcare-related inquiries
      - Navigate the complexities of primary care providers, medications, appointments, and benefits
      - Manage multiple tasks effectively, including phone communication and database navigation
      - Provide solutions and support with a focus on customer satisfaction
      - Participate in a full-time schedule, including flexible shifts between 8 am and 8 pm EST

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree is a plus
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance operations
      - Proficiency with web-based systems and technology
      - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
      - Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in healthcare or insurance, including familiarity with medical terminology and benefit plans
      - Background in social work, behavioral health, or related fields
      - Proven track record in customer service with strong interpersonal skills
