Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer interactions in a high volume, remote (work from home) contact center environment
- Act as the "product expert" for a designated customer base
- Assist with credits, customer service issues, and take replenishment orders
- Sell a broad array of snack food products to grow profits
- Ensure accuracy when taking orders and documenting concerns

Basic Qualifications:
- Ability to operate a computer in a Windows environment

- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of previous customer service experience
- Willingness to work flexible work hours (8-hour shift, scheduled between 8am-8pm EST)
Preferred Job Qualifications:
- Associate degree
- Previous sales experience
