What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, delivering exceptional customer service
- Manage customer accounts and provide technical support as needed
- Perform data entry for applications and respond to online chat inquiries
- Follow defined procedures and policies while interpreting customer needs
- Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills and adapt to changing projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Completion of a background check and drug test within 3 days of hire
- Moderate to advanced computer skills and comfort with new technology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work from home in a dedicated, secure workspace with a reliable internet connection
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles
- Familiarity with Group and/or Individual health insurance or the Affordable Care Act
- Experience working in a call center environment
- Knowledge of CRM systems and practices
- Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
