What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers effectively
- Deliver exceptional customer service consistently across all interactions
- Manage customer accounts and provide necessary technical support
- Input application data accurately and respond to online chat inquiries as needed
- Adapt to changing projects and updates while adhering to defined procedures and policies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Moderate to advanced computer skills with a comfort level in learning new technology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain a dedicated and secure workspace while working from home
- Commitment to full attendance during a paid 3-week training period
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles
- Familiarity with Group and/or Individual health insurance or the Affordable Care Act
- Experience working in a call center environment
- Knowledge of CRM systems and practices
- Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
