What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Operate multiple computer programs efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Collaborate with senior agents and leadership for assistance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma (Associates degree preferred)
- Proficient computer skills
- Exceptional customer service and phone skills
- Bilingual is a plus but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service or related field
- Experience in a higher education environment
