      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the initial point of contact for inquiries from potential and existing beneficiaries and community organizations regarding the NJ Family Care Program
      - Provide one-on-one telephone support to applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees
      - Accurately document enrollment requests and status changes, as well as handle complaints and grievances
      - Enter application and enrollment information into a web-based system for customers
      - Maintain proficiency in program policies and provide clear, accurate information to clients

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Basic understanding of a call center environment and customer service quality monitoring processes
      - Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with applicants and co-workers
      - Strong problem-solving skills through analysis and feedback
      - Commitment to achieving results with empathy and knowledge
      - High School diploma or GED required; background and drug screening necessary
