      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide exceptional customer service through phone, chat, and email interactions
      - Research and accurately document customer requests and inquiries
      - Manage cases from initiation to resolution, ensuring timely assistance
      - Maintain a positive attitude while delivering solutions to customer inquiries
      - Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of three years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Proficient computer navigation skills, including typing at least 25 words per minute
      - Availability to work shifts during the call center’s operational hours, Monday through Saturday

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a retail, restaurant, or hospitality setting
      - Familiarity with automotive products or services, though not required
      - Ability to thrive in a remote work environment with minimal supervision
      - Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
