What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle high-volume inbound calls and place outbound calls as needed
- Provide accurate and compliant information to patients and healthcare providers
- Assist callers with program information while following a call script
- Document calls thoroughly and provide appropriate follow-up and next steps
- Multitask across several internal systems while adhering to company policies and procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of recent call center experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent active listening and problem-solving abilities
- Proven ability to multitask and work effectively with dual monitors
- Basic computer proficiency, including typing, data entry, and system navigation
- High school diploma or equivalent required; healthcare or customer service experience in medical settings is a plus
