What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Processing billing calls and investigating meter read requests
- Handling emergency calls and processing customer move-ins
- Routing escalated customer issues for resolution
- Assisting customers with credit/payment arrangements
- Meeting individual deadlines and team goals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One (1) year of customer service experience
- Computer skills and ability to type a minimum of 25 WPM
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Must be 18 years of age or older

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2-3 years of call center and/or customer service experience
- 2-5 years of previous customer service work from home experience
- Utility experience
- Advanced computer skills
- Ability to type 60-65 WPM
