What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service to Card Members through inbound and outbound virtual channels (phone and email)
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while prioritizing customer satisfaction
- Navigate multiple systems simultaneously to assist customers effectively
- Work full-time with a fixed schedule, including afternoon, evening, and weekend availability
- Collaborate in a fast-paced call center environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background screening
- Experience working in a fast-paced, structured call center environment is preferred
- Strong internet skills and the ability to maintain a distraction-free home office
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1 year of call center experience
- Prior experience in the hospitality or travel industries
