What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide telephonic support to Shareholders and the investment community
- Answer incoming telephone inquiries in accordance with Call Center guidelines
- Follow up on escalated calls and submit fulfillments or research cases as needed
- Identify and inform Supervisor of complaints and opportunities for service improvement
- Maintain compliance with policies and procedures and ensure regulatory requirements are met
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
- High School Diploma or equivalent education
- 1 – 3 years of call center experience with heavy call volume
- Advanced knowledge of PCs and strong keyboard skills
- Ability to endure prolonged seating/standing associated with job duties
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingualism (English/French) considered an asset
- Highly self-motivated and able to exceed customer expectations with integrity
- Experience with customer service in a fast-paced environment
