      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage employee contacts, ensuring inquiries are resolved with a high degree of customer service
      - Respond to inquiries via phone, chat, and email as the first point of contact for Leave, Disability, and HR-related issues
      - Utilize available documentation to resolve inquiries and escalate when necessary
      - Build customer trust through empathetic and personalized conversations
      - Analyze and decide on disability, leave, and accommodations requests while balancing process adherence with employee needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of recent customer support experience, particularly in a call center setting
      - Strong communication skills and ability to demonstrate empathy
      - Proficiency in computers with the ability to research and find information
      - Proven ability to manage confidential employee information and adhere to strict data privacy standards
      - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills

      - Experience in HR-related roles or knowledge of HR practices
      - Ability to adapt to constantly changing workloads in a fast-paced environment
