What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Warmly greet customers and handle inbound calls with a smile
- Assist customers with inquiries, account questions, and order processing
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints with empathy and understanding
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and provide feedback for improvements
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure the best service possible
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote environment

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a can-do attitude
- Comfortable using computers and various software applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
