What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to deliver exceptional customer service
- Assist customers with account management and provide technical support
- Perform application data entry and respond to online chat inquiries
- Interpret and adhere to defined procedures and policies
- Engage in extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure compliance with regulations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Completion of background check and drug test within 3 days
- Dedicated, private, and secure workspace with a personal device featuring a functioning camera
- Minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with a hard-wired ethernet connection
- Moderate to advanced computer skills with a high level of professionalism
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles
- Familiarity with group and/or individual health insurance or the Affordable Care Act
- Experience in a call center environment
- Knowledge of CRM systems and practices
- Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
