What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create a remarkable customer experience by being passionate, friendly, and helpful through email and phone
- Provide customers with product information and recommendations to aid in their shopping decisions
- Process orders from customers placed via website and phone
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer service issues and inquiries
- Communicate clearly and with poise verbally and in writing

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a professional demeanor

- Understanding of eCommerce
