What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer inbound customer calls and digital communications in a friendly manner
- Upsell products and handle customer inquiries effectively
- Maintain detailed customer notes for future reference
- Follow Quality Assurance standards and meet KPI targets
- Assist with training new representatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Graduate or GED
- 2+ years of contact center experience
- Comfortable with upselling and active listening
- Strong computer skills and ability to multitask
- Ability to achieve daily KPIs for phone, email, and chat

- Experience in a call center-related field
