What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to inquiries from TRICARE beneficiaries via telephone and written correspondence regarding benefits and claims
- Complete five weeks of paid virtual training and apply learned skills in a practical setting
- Utilize a PC to document inquiries, track activities, and extract relevant information
- Thoroughly document inquiry outcomes for tracking and analysis
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely handling of member requests
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Recent experience in at-home call center support with a strong attendance record
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Ability to work from home Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM Eastern Time
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must pass a drug screen and background check
