What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to inquiries from TRICARE beneficiaries regarding benefits, eligibility, and claims via phone and written correspondence
- Complete paid virtual training and apply skills effectively in real-time scenarios
- Document inquiries and outcomes accurately in the database for tracking and analysis
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient handling of member requests
- Meet quality and member experience objectives while addressing customer needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Recent experience in at-home call center support with a strong record of quality call scoring
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Ability to work proficiently on a personal computer with specific technical requirements
- Predictable and reliable attendance is essential, with the ability to complete 8 weeks of paid training
