What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist patients with copay assistance programs
- Manage high volume of calls in a call center environment
- Update and maintain patient data with accuracy
- Utilize computer skills for data entry and information management
- Collaborate with carriers to ensure medication coverage for patients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be willing to participate in an on-camera interview
- Previous call center experience is required
- Medical call center experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Must have active internet service and the capability to work from home
- High School Diploma or equivalent
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with dual monitor setups and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Positive work attitude and a strong willingness to assist others
