What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage high-volume inbound calls and place outbound calls as needed
- Provide accurate information to patients and healthcare providers
- Assist callers with program details and application status updates
- Follow a defined call script to ensure a high-quality customer experience
- Document interactions thoroughly and provide appropriate follow-up and next steps
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have at least 1 year of recent call center experience
- Quiet, private workstation and high-speed internet with modem access
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong active listening and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer proficiency, including typing, data entry, and system navigation
- High school diploma or equivalent
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Healthcare experience is a plus but not required
- Proven ability to multitask and use dual monitors
- Consistent performance against required KPIs
