      - Actively work to retain policyholders at risk of cancellation by providing solutions
      - Ensure customer satisfaction through enthusiastic and caring support

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Availability to work all scheduled shifts, including weekends
      - Strong communication skills to effectively assist customers
      - Experience in customer service or a related field
      - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
      - Basic understanding of insurance processes and terminology

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in the insurance industry or customer support role
      - Familiarity with insurance policy management or related software
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently
