What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process and digitalize incoming healthcare claim forms with high accuracy
- Capture and validate complex data while adhering to established procedures
- Pre-adjudicate documents and correct data as necessary
- Verify data using automated extraction tools and multiple source documents
- Maintain productivity standards for keystrokes per hour with minimal error rates

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be able to type at least 45+ words per minute with a high level of accuracy
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and internet research
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and clear necessary background checks

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Basic knowledge of medical claims form processing
- Experience working through a VPN connection
- Ability to maintain or exceed productivity standards (4,000 ksph numeric and 2,500 ksph alpha/numeric with less than 1% error rate)
