What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide document review and data entry support to clients
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, document processing, and scanning
- Receive and accurately process documents from both electronic and hard copy formats
- Follow internal processes to identify any gaps in required information
- Deliver excellent customer service
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent level of education
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
- Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test
- Minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute on a computer
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task while adapting to changing priorities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Good IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role
