What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather invoices, statements, reports, personal details, documents, and information from employees, other departments, and clients
- Scan through information to identify pertinent details
- Correct errors and organize information for swift and accurate capturing
- Create accurate spreadsheets and update relevant databases
- Ensure data is backed up and stored in an organized manner
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma
- 1+ years of experience in a relevant field
- Good command of English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Familiarity with legal and regulatory compliance practices
- Previous experience in plan design and operation
