What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle incoming calls and address customer or provider inquiries or escalate them to the appropriate channels
- Complete an 8-week remote training program with no absences
- Process calls efficiently to meet or surpass performance metrics
- Maintain meticulous call records, process requests, and ensure accurate documentation of account history
- Collaborate with team members, management, and customers to resolve customer service issues effectively

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of six months of prior experience in inbound customer service, either in government or private sector settings
- Typing skill level of 30 words per minute and 95% accuracy
- Familiarity with basic help desk software, computer applications, and Microsoft Office suite
- Strong problem-solving skills, both written and oral, to address inquiries with professionalism
- Minimum internet service with download speeds of 50 mbps is required

- Bilingual proficiency is a plus, but not required
